Our Full-Depth Reclamation Process

Pavement Evaluation & Asphalt Reclamation

We inspect the pavement to identify structural failures, drainage issues, and base deterioration. This allows us to determine whether full-depth reclamation is the right solution. Then, our specialized equipment pulverizes the existing asphalt and a portion of the underlying base. The reclaimed material is reused to create a new foundation.

Base Stabilization & Surface Preparation

The reclaimed material is graded, blended, and compacted to improve strength and load-bearing capacity. This process creates a stable base for new pavement. Then, our team fine-tunes grades and elevations to ensure proper drainage and a smooth finished surface.

New Asphalt Installation

A new asphalt layer is installed over the prepared and stabilized base using precise paving equipment to ensure consistent thickness and proper material distribution. The asphalt is laid hot, then carefully graded and compacted in lifts to achieve maximum density and structural strength. This process creates a smooth, uniform pavement surface designed to withstand heavy traffic loads, resist weathering, and extend overall pavement lifespan.

Final Quality Inspection
